Small Group Training
You'll train with 5-8 other mothers. This allows me to tailor the training to each individual and ensure that you get the most out of your workout.
In the small group setting, you'll also experience mutual motivation, exchange of ideas, and camaraderie

If you're unable to attend the class, you'll receive access to exclusive home workout videos for mothers.
